I then led the system design process for that feature before transitioning my second role.In my current role, I am a member of our existing product support team, the group of engineers responsible for resolving customer issues and fixing bugs in our current and legacy systems. This role has offered me the chance to be more directly exposed to the concerns of real customers and to handle working with legacy code and processes.In general, my time at Lutron has given me the opportunity to learn a variety of important skills, such as working with production-level development environments and pipelines, performing and receiving code reviews, and utilizing testing frameworks. My focus was on the simulator's clustering system, utilizing mobile ad-hoc network principles to improve energy efficiency.
