Human Resources Director
CurrentLeads the HR function within our organization of 120 employees, overseeing all aspects of human capital management. Responsible for strategic leadership, talent acquisition and management, employee relations and management, HR policy development and compliance, performance management and compensation, and HR administration and operations.• Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with the organizations mission, vision, and goals. Provides strategic guidance and counsel to senior management on HR issues.• Oversees the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals. Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain employees. Provides leadership and direction to the HR team responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning. Develops and implements strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career progression.• Promotes a positive work culture and employee engagement through effective communication and employee relations initiatives. Addresses employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Leads initiatives to recognize employee contributions and achievements.• Develops and implements HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensures consistent application of HR policies. • Oversees the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Develops and implements performance evaluation systems and processes to drive performance and accountability. Manages the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals and constraints. • Oversees HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRISmanagement. Ensures accurate record keeping and maintenance of employee data and files. Manages HR budgets and resources effectively to support departmental goals and objectives.
