Managed 6 direct reports and a staff of 70, leading shipping, milling, cabinet assembly, custom millwork, and finishing departments on a daily basis. Reviewed blueprints, calculated raw material requirements, and estimated project deadlines and milestones for all projects. Ensured project deadlines were met with accuracy using MS Project and custom applications through SharePoint. Consulted with senior management and design team to check for errors and streamline build and assembly process on more than 25 contracts.

Led custom millwork team of up to 8 direct reports in assembly of and custom casework and millwork. Managed schedule and deadline for more than 15 custom projects, from $50K to $400K in value, including feature walls, grand staircases, reception desks, and lobby furniture. Constructed more than 500 custom projects hands-on and in collaboration with millwork team.

Crafted and assembled custom millwork projects and assisted other master carpenters with their projects as needed.

Built bistro bars, architectural beams, bookcases, custom trim, and other features for common area projects. Constructed cabinetry and other woodwork for for several custom kitchen remodel contracts. Supported design efforts in projects and utilized CAD/CAM software and operated CNC machinery in fabrication of custom parts.
