As President and Artistic Director, I am responsible for setting the strategic and artistic direction for the organization, and am accountable to the Board of Directors for all aspects of artistic planning, fundraising, financial management, and organizational growth and development. Oversee a staff of 18 FTEs and 5 ICs with 5 direct reports (Development, Marketing, Education, Finance, Production). The Philharmonic Society of Orange County is Orange County's first and most historied music organization with a mission to foster an appreciation for music by presenting national and international performances of the highest quality while also providing dynamic and innovative music education programs for individuals of all ages. As Orange County’s first music organization, the Philharmonic Society presents the world's greatest symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, soloists and international artists, and, since 2006, has presented these performances at the world-class Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.

Black Cats works to assist U.S. and international performing artists with their performances in China. Clients include partnerships with Disney, Columbia Artists, the Sofia Philharmonic, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Malandain Ballet Biarritz, France, San Diego Symphony Orchestra, San Diego Youth Symphony, The Shanghai Quartet, Wu Man, The Myriad Trio, Augustin Hadelich and Friends, Chicago Symphony Brass, Chongqing Chuanju Opera Theatre & Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra (US Tour February 2018).

As a member of the senior executive team, I worked closely with the Music Director to plan each concert season. Working with the President and CEO, I helped to create and implement the overall artistic plan and vision, and was in charge of new program development. I managed the organization's complex season planning processes, as well as personally negotiated all artist appearance contracts, commissioning agreements, and related projects for the SDSO. Key Accomplishments:• Managed and oversaw the planning and execution of the San Diego Symphony's first international tour (to China), which also included its debut appearance at Carnegie Hall.• Led the concert planning for the 2015 surprise Star Wars concert for 6500 fans at Comic-Con in partnership with Disney.• Initiated, helped conceptualize, and co-produced the 2016 Star Trek Beyond World Premiere live concert screening in conjunction with Paramount Pictures, IMAX, and the SDSO.

Led the planning and execution of the Symphony’s Centennial season, which included the 100th Anniversary Opus Gala with Yo-Yo Ma.

Coordinated all details for SFSYO's 2008 European Tour

Managed ten ensembles involving approximately 500 young musicians ages 6-18.Administrated all aspects of production for symphony orchestra on international tour to Eastern Europe (2007).
