Within the Simplification Initiatives programme and Innovative Web Upgrade programme, I was entrusted with the analysis of business and technical requirements and the development of Functional Designs documentation for specific aspects of the programmes. Stakeholder management and communications were vital elements of the tasks performed. The project deliverables were vital components of the project SDLC and key input for the Development and Testing teams.

In this role I was responsible for the development of this NSW Government agency's Test Strategy for their core business system upgrade project. This work included the development of a generic Test Plan as well as the Acceptance Criteria (Prince 2 based) for the project approval.
