I am leading a major AFL pilot program throughout 2017 to develop, test and validate several initiatives to provide a clear vision and implementation plan for a revised Auskick program. The aim of the project is to develop a strategy for long term improvement of the Auskick program to drive acquisition, retention and conversion as well as provide a roadmap.
