I have built schedules; drawn and produced construction documents; solicited bids and built estimates; bid work; and earned contracts. And I know how proper implementation of the plan protects your profit margin. I have priced and executed change orders; enforced safety mandates; submitted and reviewed pay applications; performed punch-lists; and closed out projects. I am a construction business owner's attorney. As the former owner and operator of a commercial design-build construction company, I understand the business side of the industry like few lawyers do.
