The Solution Architect is responsible for evaluating customer needs and requirements through strategic discovery, utilizing technical thought leadership, discussing industry best practices, and presenting our product offerings to prospects and customers based on each customer's specific business requirements. Sr. Lead Solutions Engineer (SE4) accountable for technical sales support of all CenturyLink products and services including: SD-WAN, Managed Hosting Services, Cloud, Virtualization, Outsourced infrastructure solutions (managed and un-managed), specialized application suites. Responsibilities include preparing customer presentations, architectural designs, and bid responses.
