My journey within the education sector began in student admissions. Through this role, I discovered my passion for education and transitioned to an Associate Learning Designer and then a Learning Designer. In this position, I developed skills in course design, pedagogy, and accessibility.📖 Advancing to Lead Learning Designer 📖Fast forward to the present, I am thrilled to have progressed to the role of a Lead Learning Designer, which brings with it the responsibility for managing the end-to-end course development, and enhancement of existing courses across various fields in two university partners and a portfolio of 16 programs. I have worked on developments with The University of Technology Sydney, Melbourne Business School Online, Southern Cross University, James Cook University, RMIT, and the University of Canberra. 🎓 Academic Background 🎓My academic journey has been equally fulfilling having completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Deakin University, as well as a Bachelor of Music and Arts with a major in Psychology (APAC). My studies in psychology have greatly supported my approach to education design.🚀 Shaping the Future of Education 🚀I am dedicated to preparing students for the future of work, with a strong focus on integrating AI advancements and technology. I develop partner-specific standards, processes, and templates to streamline course development and ensure quality. I also mentor a team of learning designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
