I work predominantly in a Year 5 classroom as a TA for the entire class, although I do have a key worker role on top of this with one child in the class. I have run assemblies for the whole school within my first year, as well as running a Christmas music performance, helping out with various school trips and sports events, and reorganising the rota and supervising lunchtime sports. This has been my first role in a school and I hope to train as a teacher in the near future.

I have managed my own music business throughout university through to now. I book my own shows and also manage contracts, contacts and invoices. This has given me an understanding of administrative functions in business and has also helped me to develop strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

I ran Open Mic Nights for the Students' Union throughout my time in this role, eventually managing to establish the new Bay Campus event as a permanent addition to the calendar. I occasionally covered shifts running other nights at the University, such as Karaoke Night, and also worked numerous shifts setting up large events during Freshers' Week and Varsity.

I worked at Clarks for a year before I went to university and was frequently one of the best salespeople in the store. By the end of my tenure, I had a few extra responsibilities, including cashing up at the end of the day on occasion. I received commendation from my Area Manager more than once and was approached about assistant management courses while I was only 18.
