I am an experienced (general) legal counsel with a broad legal and management experience and specific expertise in commercial contracting and corporate governance. My aim is to create a mutually fruitful cooperation and a clear governance process to support that. As a person, I am enthusiastic, empathetically and listen carefully to the other. Based on my broad experience in international business and my interest in business processes in general, technology, innovation and sustainability, I take a holistic approach on matters that are brought to me. From this holistic point of view, and guided by a clear mission and vision (if there is no clear mission and vision, let's create one first!), I connect, challenge and support so we can achieve the required results together.My strength is that I create structure and overview in complex situations, timely signal beneath-the-surface problems and tackle those, and provide solid yet pragmatic solutions that help achieve the ultimate business goal.As an early adopter of legal tech solutions (VDR, automated contract generation, legal and contract management) I have seen and proven the potential of legal tech solutions to improve the quality (and fun of providing!) legal services.All in all: More than just legal, I'm the hands-on counsel who brings together people and puts things in motion to achieve grand ideals.
