Tasks required range from basic DPA checks, fraud prevention and cash handling to product knowledge, training and complaint handling.On multiple occaisions I have been required to be acting manager of the shop which entails end of day reconciliation paperwork, inbound stock deliveries and sending away repairs/recycles, opening and closing the shop on top of the above. Being part of a sales team I have many individual KPI's to work toward as well as store targets. Show less

On a day to day basis I dealt with customer on the front of house, dealing with deliveries, general warehouse upkeep and cash handling.
