Working at O2 as a sales assistant on a daily basis I am required to deal firstly with customers. Of whom they vary from your big tech heads all the way to people who don't care about phones at all. On a day to day basis I dealt with customer on the front of house, dealing with deliveries, general warehouse upkeep and cash handling.
