CurrentIn collaborating with organizational leaders and SME’s, I am responsible for developing and implement the strategic plan and direction of leadership and talent development programming that fosters a company-wide culture of learning, enhances skill development and performance, and educates our future and current leaders.Experiences include:• Developing the strategic plan and annual roadmap for learning and development initiatives. • Designing and delivering a Leadership Development Program for various leadership levels, including Leader of Self, Leader of Others, Leader of Managers, and Leader of the Organization with 93% program satisfaction rating.• Establishing a monthly Manager Training Series w/ 94% recommendation rating.• Leading the search and implementation process for a company-wide skill development platform.• Leading the search and implementation process for an LMS accessible for both internal (employee) and external (customer) training.• Building a skill development strategy designed to create a smooth process from individual development planning (IDPs) through performance review discussions and everything in between.
