• Forecast unit case and gallon volume for Foodservice Division – 40% of Coca-Cola North America Operating Group business• Develop and prepare monthly rolling estimate and annual business plan for volume• Implement management routine for volume collection and reporting• Improve accuracy of monthly results and forecasts• Establish business objectives related to internal controls and establish continuous risk self-assessment• Oversee the development and compilation of division financials for business plan, 24-month rolling estimates and trial balances• Collection of receivables in line with credit terms• Provide business analysis tools and recommendations to division operating management• Develop information systems to ensure that operational and control objectives are met• Minimize tax liability• Control cash, borrowings and access to capital• Manage foreign exchange risk
