• I founded The Library Project in 2006 to improve children's literacy in rural elementary schools, orphanages, and community centers in Asia. We’ve established over 3,000 libraries, donated 2,000,000 local language.
• Annual programmatic M&E reporting delivered to donors and government partners.
• Maintain a 92% programmatic success rate.
• Work in 27 provinces throughout China and 10 provinces in Vietnam.
• Registered in the USA, Hong Kong, and Vietnam; strategic government partnership with the Ling Shan Charity Foundation (2018-Present), the China Population Welfare Foundation (2011-2018), and the Xi'an Charity.
• Maintain 120 government partnerships ranging from provincial to county in China, and partnerships with PACCOM and VUFO government offices in ten provinces in Vietnam.

• I have been the Chair of The Library Project's Board of Directors since the organization's founding in 2006. What was once an Advisory Board of close friends in the early days of the organization has turned into a true.
• Oversees board and executive committee meetings.
• Works in partnership with TLP Internal Directors to make sure board resolutions are carried out.
• Calls special meetings if necessary.
• Prepares financial, organization, and programmatic details for Board review.
• Prepare agenda for board meetings.

• I founded Nonprofit Insights to support nonprofit organization founders through coaching and resources.
• Work with over fifty NPO founders and leadership from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana, India, Kenya, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
• Created the Nonprofit Toolkit for small nonprofit organizations to help achieve their fundraising, operational and programmatic goals.

• He has spoken on a variety of subjects, such as; CSR, non-profit organizations, NGOs, EdTech, social entrepreneurship, the role of Founders, the history of The Library Project, the importance of transparency.
• He has been a three-time speaker at the Rotary Club of Beijing, two-time speaker at the Rotary Club of Shanghai, and three-time TEDx speaker (Dalian, Guangzhou and Nanjing) as well as speaking at the Shanghai Chamber.
