CurrentI founded The Library Project in 2006 to improve children's literacy in rural elementary schools, orphanages, and community centers in Asia. We’ve established over 3,000 libraries, donated 2,000,000 local language children’s books, provided training to 30,000 teachers and administrators, and impacted more than 1,000,000 children.We currently have offices in Xi’an, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the USA.ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW • Annual programmatic M&E reporting delivered to donors and government partners. • Maintain a 92% programmatic success rate.• Work in 27 provinces throughout China and 10 provinces in Vietnam.• Registered in the USA, Hong Kong, and Vietnam; strategic government partnership with the Ling Shan Charity Foundation (2018-Present), the China Population Welfare Foundation (2011-2018), and the Xi'an Charity Association (2007-2011) allowing local fundraising and program implementation.• Maintain 120 government partnerships ranging from provincial to county in China, and partnerships with PACCOM and VUFO government offices in ten provinces in Vietnam. • Offices in Shanghai, Xi'an and Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, and the USA. • 100% local full-time hires & 100% local team-leading programmatic and fundraising development. 20 full-time staffing footprint.
