Senior Customer Success Manager
CurrentAs a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM), I partner with our Large Enterprise clients to understand their hiring goals and business objectives and align these with their LinkedIn solutions investment establishing strong relationships to enable overall adoption and success. I assess client tool and technology architecture and make recommendations on how LinkedIn Talent Solutions can help clients achieve their business objectives. I then project manage the implementation of these strategies, including a large helping of change management consulting to inspire the adoption of our cutting-edge solutions and products. I provide optimisation consulting across the entire product portfolio to ensure clients are achieving strong ROI, optimise the sales process, and build strategies while breaking down barriers preventing success. I focus on customer success and serve as a recruiting industry expert to make my client's overall recruiting engine stronger, better, and faster.
