In addition, he has passed numerous DOT inspections. Tom is also an experienced drug and alcohol program manager and law enforcement officer. He has strong technical knowledge and experience in the areas of drug and alcohol testing program compliance; providing both online and onsite training; and supervision of both mobile and fixed collections. He is a self-motivated team player who is highly organized, and detail oriented. At TMHC Services, a third party drug testing organization with 1300 contracted companies in five states and a testing pool of 30,000, he identified trends in the drug and alcohol testing industry to create additional lines of revenue. Tom received national and industry certifications to initiate and incorporate extra revenue streams. He welcomed extra work assignments for 21 months while a coworker was ill. During this time, he assimilated the workload as a full time mobile collector, and full time supervision of a fixed collection site into his schedule. Tom was also a certified Kansas Law Enforcement Officer and served as a Conservation Officer for Kansas Department of Tourism and Parks. He specialized in marine enforcement, covering the eastern part of Kansas.
