My journey is a testament to the pursuit of the American dream.In 1997, I set foot in the United States, leaving my home country of Vietnam behind, in search of new opportunities. I started from scratch, taking on various low-paying jobs to make ends meet. However, my innate entrepreneurial spirit drove me to explore new horizons.In 2002, I took the leap and ventured into the world of business by establishing my own nail salon. This endeavor proved successful, eventually leading me to own and manage 8 nail salons across the bustling city of Houston, Texas. Simultaneously, I took on the formidable responsibility of supervising a workforce of over 100 personnel within the United States Postal Service (USPS).My life took a significant turn in 2012 when I attended the Financial Freedom seminar at Lifestyle Unlimited. The wisdom and inspiration I gleaned from this experience ignited a new passion in me – real estate investment. I decided to immerse myself in the industry, starting with single-family homes. My journey encompassed various facets of real estate, including wholesaling, flipping, and rentals.Since 2015, I've successfully acquired 15 apartment communities (3 of which as a Lifestyles Unlimited lead), and manage over 600 rental apartment units. At the peak time I owned and invested in nearly 1,500 multi-family apartment units in 10 cities. In 2022, I founded Hexa Property Management, LLC, a company dedicated to property management. Our focus has been on apartment communities, involving underwriting, acquisitions, and the day-to-day operations of property management. Under my strategic leadership, Hexa has experienced tremendous growth and together we manage an estimated $50 million worth of real estate assets. I shoulder the responsibility of shaping our organizational structure, nurturing talent development, and leading our executive team in delivering top-tier services to our valued clients.I prioritize integrity and transparency in all aspects of my life, extending these principles to my interactions with co-investors, friends, and, most importantly, my family.
