In addition to my regular duties, I am very proud to be a member of the Greenhouse DE&I council, where I serve as historian and consult on a variety of topics including our growing ERG ecosystem. The council is meaningfully engaged in the full range of DE&I concerns, transparent and energized to keep improving every year. We source our own initiatives but also engage with Greenhouse's hundreds of employees to solicit their ideas, energy and priorities as well.
