Thanks for reading my profile.My artist background is as a Matte Painter & Environment Artist, creating photoreal landscapes of all types - from seamless real-world extensions to supernatural vistas.My role as HoD and dmp/environment supervisor involves overseeing a team of 30+ artists in 6 studio locations worldwide. I work both department and show side - driving recruitment and training alongside leading and supervising shows, guiding the team with creative feedback & technical troubleshooting.On a good day I also get the chance to jump onto some concept work :)My main focus is on organisation and simplifying every step of the workflow to help the team focus purely on creativity. I strive to be a role model of good communication to help both artists and production with their everyday challenges.---I also work on independent animation, art & film projects in my spare time.Please feel free to contact me about my work, professional or personal.---Software experience: Photoshop, Maya, Nuke, 3DS Max, ZBrush, Gaea, Terragen
