Sales Development Program Manager - Chevron Lubricants
Currently manage the Chevron Lubricants Sales Development Programs, both our full time and intern programs. Responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and training of all new Business Consultants, Business Development Specialists, Industry Specialists, and Lubricant Sales Interns for Chevron North America. In addition to this role, I'm also the lead for our Competency and Continuous Learning programs for Lubricants, as well as the Chevron Mentoring Program lead. I also produce and lead our national sales, marketing, operations, and sales enablement monthly meetings with our leadership team, which is attended by the entire Lubricants organization. All of these responsibilities have given me the opportunity to recruit, hire, and develop some of the best talent in the industry, develop a best-in-class sales competency program used across our entire organization, and work with senior leadership on a monthly basis to produce an engaging, fun, and informative national sales meeting.
