Olá! 🙌🏻Eu sou o Tomás Silva, licenciado na área de Antropologia no ISCTE- Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. 👨🏻🎓 Durante o meu percurso académico, a disciplina de Antropologia preparou-me intensivamente para a interpretação da linguagem comunicativa (nomeadamente na preparação de um diálogo empático, não invasivo, mas produtivo na retenção de informação valiosa).A nível profissional, iniciei a minha minha experiência na área de Recrutamento, especialmente direcionado ao mercado de IT. Após um período bem sucedido neste campo, surge a hipótese de ajudar na criação, fundação e lançamento de uma solução interna (nascimento da marca "Skillers") cujo objetivo era segmentar o recrutamento exclusivamente no mercado de IT. No seguimento deste desafio, foi-me atribuída a responsabilidade de contribuir para a implementação de estratégias de Marketing, criação de conteúdos e gestão de redes sociais. Além disso, estive diretamente envolvido na planificação e realização da apresentação comercial da empresa.Durante este período, participei no processo de sourcing e angariação de clientes, assim como em reuniões direcionadas à vertente da negociação com os clientes (nacionais e internacionais).
