As a Software Engineer @ Crossjoin I've:- Finished the Crossmind Academy where I honed in on my fullstack development with Java Spring Boot, Angular, Postgres, Mockito, Jest and Cypress.io. I also perfected my consulting skills using Crossjoin's methodology.- Was part of the Business-as-Usual development team for Rogers Canada, where I supported the OneView Assisted Channel retail platform's development cycle. I focused on bug-fixing, code coverage and small feature enhancement tasks.- Joined an R&D team, as a Software Engineer, for a major payment processing company in Portugal using Go as my main tool. In this project, I designed and architected a highly scalable, secure, and algorithm-independent protocol, with a strong focus on performance and readiness for open-source release.

Vice President & Coordinator of Marketing TeamHelped organize 2 university-level Hackathons, 2 online coding competitions, 2 job fairs, Computer Science workshops and talks with national and international speakers, 1 Datathon, 1 University open-day and other leisure-focused events for the university target audience, all reaching an overall estimated audience of over 500 people.Handled all social media presence for n.inf on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, planned all posts, marketing strategies and branding.Also took part in leadership roles on all events as Vice-President with tasks such as planning the overall events and on-site problem solving.Internally, I helped manage the 40+ student group and a sub-team of 4 people which I was entirely responsible for.

This internship was part of the 2022 Sky Summer Internship edition.I was part of the QA Automation team for the popular streaming platform Peacock (US) and for the recently released streaming platform SkyShowtime (EU).My main tasks focused on developing automated test cases for both apps on the xTV platform (X1, LG, Samsung, etc.). These tests were devolped using Cypress.io and JavaScript. During my internship I developed over 50 testcases across both apps, along with regular maintenance of already existing testcases. I was also part of regular team meetings and QA Audit sessions to certify the work I did along the internship.

Developed a prototype in Java for a code management tool for RobotFramework repositories.The developed tool parses through large automated test repositories, creates relationship maps and imports them to Atlas, a Link Consulting product designed for IT Architectural management.Also developed a prototype viewing model inside Atlas to easily and quickly identify problems in the uploaded relationship maps.
