Responsible for dedicated Front Office investment applications, key activities:– providing application/technical support for end-users - proactive application maintenance, monitoring and release management- direct communication and initial contract negotiation with vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, Fitch, S&P)- Disaster Recovery - planning, maintaining and performing the tests for dedicated applicationParticipation on key bank projects related to investment banking. 1st/2nd level application support of software and services used by Commerzbank corporate entities, concentrated in the area of Investment Banking.Main roles and activities include: • Manage and coordinate Knowledge Transfer project from the early stage until the complete handover of identified activities and applications. • Establish positive working relationships with key stakeholders within global business units and IT delivery teams across all locations containing: collecting business requirements, SLA definition, testing, and change deployment. • Workflow control between Run the Bank (RtB) and Change the Bank (CtB) to meet SLA and KPI criteria for dedicated applications • Plan and implement proactive monitoring of changes, incidents, problems and management requests following ITIL standards with Release Cluster Manager. • Responsible for Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing for critical Bonds Trading application. • Sharing and documenting processes with other team members • Supporting and guidance the team members through the business and technical challenges
