CurrentKey Responsibilities:- Managing a CTF funded project as a PI- Investigating regulators of ubiquitination and proteostatic pathways in KRAS-driven lung adenocarcinoma and schwannomatosis- Conducting therapeutic drug testing using in vivo mouse models and cutting-edge techniques- Employing micro CT imaging, PET-CT, optical projection tomography, and MRI to gain comprehensive insights into disease development and progression as well as quantifying therapeutic effects of drugs- Utilising advanced cell culture techniques, lentiviral vectors, and CRISPR screens to manipulate and study cellular pathways- Performing qRT-PCR, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry to analyze molecular and cellular changes- Employing confocal imaging to visualise and understand cellular structures and interactions- Conducting drug testing for potential new cancer therapies
