I started as a Lead Frontend Engineer for a cloud-based SaaS platform, Salus. Recognising my adaptability and strong technical skills (React and C#/.NET Core!), I quickly transitioned into a full-stack developer role. I consistently focused on improvements, implementing a caching system to boost user experience and co-creating a more efficient multi-tenancy solution. In this capacity, I finalised the development of vehicle tracking platform via React and Google Maps SDK aimed at meeting predefined needs. I also built foundation for collaboration by steering adoption of RESTful API best practices, OpenAPI spec for API documentation, project management with Trello and code versioning with Git/GitHub. Furthermore, I engaged with backend engineers and product designer to define product roadmap, database models, API endpoints, etc, for creation of frontend tasks on Click-Up; assigned tasks to other team members. During my stint here, I orchestrated support to cardholders and supported in driving adoption of latest card products by pitching to existing customers to potentially benefit from new cards. I also ensured proper reconciliation of customers' bank account transactions against card accounts. Moreover, I served as a part of customer-service team first to address customers complain about issues with credit cards. I executed query to gather all card account credits, prepare "credit file" (csv-like) to upload into card management system for credits. A few of my notable accomplishments are:• Generated hourly reports on health and performance of ATM machines nationwide from SQL Server database to ensure all ATMs perform optimally and faults resolve in timely manner; boosted customer satisfaction and business revenue.• Automated reporting process via Microsoft Access to execute complex queries on multiple tables to create all reports required for single execution and utilised Excel Macros to automate formatting and preparation of generated reports.
