Review Any Conventional, FHA, VA, Helocs, Bonds and any Special Grant Loan Types according to the guidelines and regulations to TRID or any other guidelines for closing packages prior to submitting them to the title company or attorney’s offices.•​Communicate with loan officers, processors and underwriters assuring loans close on time.•​Set up and send wires once matched with title companies or attorneys.•​Provide funding authorization once the documents are reviewed and approved.•​Maintain a minimum of 45 loans to close per month while utilizing organization skills.•​Maintain high standards of quality customer service and professionalism.

Close Non-Conforming- Purchases, Refinances and Helocs while following strict client privacyprotection.• Provide knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, OneNote, and ELC. Utilizing these tools for everyday process.• Maintaining high loan volume with meticulous attention to detail and organization.• Completed 8 weeks of training for non-conforming loans as well as loan programs and loanprocessing software.
