Responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources for a multi-site distribution company, including DOT compliance, Affirmative Action compliance, employee development and management, benefits administration, safety program oversight, and recruiting.

I oversaw all aspects of Human Resources Management for a national business services company, including policy development, benefits and compensation administration, safety, worker's compensation, and recruitment.

I was responsible for overseeing Human Resources for Vestcom's Milwaukee, St. Louis, and remote site locations. The Milwaukee Vestcom site where I worked was later acquired by the Bowne Co. which ultimately closed the Milwaukee facility.

I was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and payroll for the WWO Brookfield location, as well as setting up and maintaining payroll and benefits for Brown County Publishing Company, the parent company of WWO. This included recruitment, safety, work comp, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, 401k and ESOP administration for multiple sites throughout Wisconsin.
