*Using research tools to deliver insights and market research projects to key stakeholders across numerous markets in EMENA, AOA and LATAM*Providing accurate, timely and well-informed market intelligence that can be used to impact hiring strategies and develop stakeholder relationships.*Using initiative to source information and research through open source data, Boolean searches and other platforms, reports and publications.*Presenting Insights to clients and team members, conveying results to suggest next steps and giving recommendations.*Building and sustaining relationships with clients and wider team to drive engagement of insights.*Support conversations with stakeholders on Insights utilisation and opportunities to impact hiring.*SPOC for all requests relating to Insights reports on the Nestle account (all markets)*Active involvement in interviewing potential new employees.*Training new members of the insights team*Attending monthly meetings with the global management team to provide an update of the insights provided during the previous month*Workload management

*Day to day oversight of the sampling department, from initial request to arranging delivery to store, throughout NI, Ire and Scotland.*Allocation of outsourced products to sales reps and ensuring preparation for delivery and collection.*Invoicing and tracking of sampling products.*Data cleansing in Caftex.*Data collection and analysis for reporting to management, using Qlikview, Excel and PowerPoint.*Assisting with the production of a mobile app, enabling online ordering by sales reps and customers.*Analysis of customers online presence to recognise and suggest improvements.*Lead point of contact for the sampling department.
