Work includes; client liaison, space planning, design and drafting of architectural plans and construction documents, permitting, on site job foreman, lead carpenter (form work, framing, finish floors, door and window installs, custom cabinets, trim work, etc.), drywall, painting, cabinet assembly and install, finish work, etc.Passions and motivations include; space planning, passive solar design, adaptive re-use, green streets, protected bike paths, mixed-use/social housing, scale models, urban design, Earthships, Superadobe, Permaculture, greywater systems... any solution to reduce our use of fossil fuels.

Production graphics for print and web, including; press ads, booklets, magazine ads, website graphics and navigation, postcards, one-sheets, white papers, logos, branding, trade show graphics, etc.

Job: Manage all building and tenant related issues, find tenants and maintain 100% occupancy, act as go-between for owner and tenants, design and oversee all building projects, maintenance and upgrades. Create and maintain building's website.

Job: Manage the in-house art department and employees (x4), create artwork and CD/LP packaging layouts for all albums (190 releases per year) and promotional materials (one-sheets, brochures, press ads, web graphics) from concept to press. Maintain archives and supplies, run weekly meetings and meet rigorous release schedule deadlines.

JOB: completely remodel 13,000 sf commercial building for use as multi-tenant office space.DUTIES: design new floor plan, hire, coordinate and schedule contractors, oversee construction.
