-Oversee approximately .5 million dollars in retail inventory, leading a team of 14 individuals on the preparation and organization of inventory product -Implemented approximately 1000+ hours of Visual Merchandising for a 3 million dollar store, in the one of the top tourist destinations in the country -Provide continuous training, to a team of 14 individuals, on the aesthetics and creative design display techniques of product and raw materials -Educated 30+ lululemon team members on proper product placement that drives sales and keeps guests engaged -Educate guests on the unique culture, functional product and community of the company and city
