There are three teams under my responsibilities:1. Platform and Data Services Team: - Manage the developments of Data Enablement Platforms (DWH, Data Lake) - Collect data using IoT sensors and OSI-PI from industrial network - Accelerate company level digitalization and automation with Power Platform / RPA developments2. Data Insights and AI Team (virtual) - Provide group level reporting - Start and manage Data Science projects (AI, DL, ML, NLP) - Establish group level AI solutions3. Data Governance Enablement Team (virtual) - Ellaborate and operate corporate level Data Governance framework (Data Mesh / Federated Data Governance) - Lead and organize S4Hana Data Governance Office - Participate in S4Hana data related projectsOther responsibilities:- Data Sponsor in S4Hana transformation program- Develope and execute group level Data Strategy- Planning the company data budget (opex, capex)- Build prosperous BI, Data Science, Automation and AI community- Internal knowledge sharing and education on data related topics and technologies- Create the framework of agile operation (backlogs, sprint planning, ceremonies, OKRs, etc.)- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the Teams (culture change, people, processes)

- Lead Data Science Team- Enhance data-driven decision-making- Develope and execute Data Strategy- Create group level DWH / Data Lake / Data Analytics concept- Manage Data Enablement Platforms developments (DWH and Data Lake)- Collect data using IoT sensors and OSI-PI from industrial network- Build prosperous BI and Data Science community- Establish company level Data Analytics Platform- Start and manage Data Science projects (AI, DL, ML, NLP)- Provide group level reporting- Create Automation and Power Platform concept- Accelerate company level digitalization and automation with Power Platform / RPA developments- Planning the company data budget (opex, capex)- Establish and operate Data Governance framework (Data Mesh)- Create the framework of agile operation (squads, backlogs, ceremonies, OKRs, etc.)- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the Team (culture change, people, processes)

- Lead BI and MDM teams with 12+ colleagues- Create and execute BI and MDM strategy- Manage BI projects- Launch new data warehouse of T-Systems and ensure DevOps of it- Provide corporate level reporting / dashboards (Telco, IT/SI)- Introduce new BI and MDM tools and applications (Power BI Cloud, BI Portal, Bottom-up planning tool, etc.)- Accelerate company level automation initiatives: Automation Portal, RPA solutions, report automation, Power Automate, AI/ML- Prepare decision-making analysis and execute sales segmentations- Lead data analytics projects

- Set up a new team (roles, processes, tools)- Build up B2B related Data Mart- Create the BI framework of corporate level B2B reports and dashboards- Ensure B2B customer and vendor master data management- Introduce data quality monitoring system

- Plan and analyse B2B telco voice product portfolio performance- Create Business Cases for new products and services

- Introduce new telco services in South-East Europe- Plan and analyse international outgoing and incoming voice traffic

- Operate and enrich SMBs datamart- Prepare financial analyses and reports
