Responsible for Sales within the Cycle/Run/Outdoor channels. Overseeing Key Accounts business and managing our internal and external sales teams, ensuring daily communication and feedback are used to improve our company, brand portfolio and build lasting business relationships. Ensuring the sales team are accountable for their own territories and meet or exceed their set targets by using KPI’s and the brand plans that have been created to ensure the we meet the companies goals.

Responsible for setting up the UK subsidiary for Sales and Service of both Magura in the Aftermarket and OE plus Bosch E-Bike Sales and Service. Reporting direct to our Managing Director at our German Headquarters. Building long term customer relationships with all sizes of business.

Continuing to look after our Key Accounts business and managing our external sales team, ensuring daily communication and feedback are used to improve our company, brand portfolio and build lasting business relationships. Ensuring the sales team are accountable for their own territories and meet or exceed their set targets.

Manage all Key and National accounts.Present new and existing brands from our portfolio, planning sales promotions for seasonal product ranges, negotiating pricing levels, training on brands with customer service teams and training providers. Creating sales initiatives for buyers to deliver growth and maintain target margins.

Visiting existing customers and developing new accounts both IBD,Multiples and a number of Key Accounts. Presenting existing and new brands from our extensive portfolio and building long term business relationships.

Responsible for Sales and Tecnical side of UK operation, reporting direct to MD based at German head Office,Delivering training to stores and customer service teams.Training our warranty team on both hydraulic brake and suspension systems.Planning and forecasting for yearly and monthly targets.Managing UK sales team and meeting or exceeding month and year targets.Visiting trade and consumer magazines to present products.Attending mountain bike events for race support and PR.
