Following the departure of our specific North American senior manager I absorbed his role into my existing coverage for PRS, ensuring our US and Canadian based songwriter and composer members continue to receive the full support they deserve. This also added relationship management responsibility with Global Music Rights as well as direct liaison with the US based management at ASCAP, BMI and SESAC in addition to the domestic UK based staff.

Direct responsibility for ensuring PRS’s incredible 145,000 songwriters, composers and producers receive the world class service and support that they deserve. Managing a team of ten managers covering all aspects of day-to-day service for the highest earning writer and publisher members and the main writer representative companies. Also managing specific Classical Music manager together with an Education and Outreach Manager who acts as the face of the company to educational establishments connected to the music industry and representing PRS for Music at industry events, seminars and panels.

Account manager for Sony, EMI, Warner/Chappell, Jingle Punks, Nettwerk Songs, District 6 and several other of the biggest publishers in the UK music industry. Client responsibilities include managing the resolution of all their enquiries, providing policy explanations and day-to-day management of their interactions with PRS for Music.

18 months in the copyright department looking after the Universal and Sony Music Publishing accounts served well for a move to the Member Services department in 2003 where four years were spent focusing on client retention, initially managing the Sony Music Publishing account and later EMI Music Publishing, the largest account. In 2008 successfully promoted to the newly created role of Team Leader firstly sharing the Publisher Fulfilment team with a colleague and then in October 2009 leading a new team of 16 staff, the Enquiry Assessment Team. Trusted with the responsibility of training staff at all levels within department. Continually awarded either exceeding expectations or far exceeding expectations at every annual appraisal since 2002.Recent successes include a key role in the implementation of a new departmental structure; leading a high-visibility team completing 85% of the department's incoming workload despite the challenges that the implementation of the new multi-national copyright database has caused; Awarded two silver awards in 2010.Outside the main role, additional responsibility has included since; for the company's annual presence at the V Music Festival, managing a team of six, with a perfect record in setlist collection and staff conduct; undertaking presentations to groups of new members and regular acting as representation for the department both internally and externally.

Telephone / in-person interaction with the Australian public at the British Consulate providing advice and information for travelling to and around Britain. Limited employment due to overseas working visa restrictions.
