Joined M&M Vehicle Repairs in February 1989 as a vehicle refinisher after working for 16 years at a small independent body shop in Burslem Stoke on Trent where I served my apprenticeship.Shop floor based for a number of years at the Longton site then decided to push my carrier forward and became paint shop Forman. After a number of years became Paint shop Manager then overall production manager and onto senior production manager.Moved up to Body shop manager at Longton and in December 2010 M&M re-opened the Leek branch where I am currently based.2020 - Became Body Shop Director.......
