I perform various condition based monitoring tests of plant equipment and assests. These include Vibration Analysis, Infrared Inspections, Oil Analysis, Ultrasound Testing, Motor Condition Testing and Thickness Testing. I am involved with the continuous development of the PdM programs for the plant including practices, routes and technologies. I use SAP, Excel and various other computer based software to document and track maintenance activities and parts ordering. I utilize an extensive list of vendors for ordering parts needed by the Electrician/Instrumentation Group as well as other areas of the plant.

I performed installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and repair on the plant's instrumentation systems. These included flow, level, temperature, pH, PLCs, DCSs and various other types of instrument control equipment. I also performed the same funtions on the plant's electrical systems which included electrical distribution, sub-stations, switchgears, motors and motor control centers. I wrote several benchmarks on these maintenance practices for local use and testing.

Boot camp in Orlando, Florida.Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department in Pensacola, Florida. I worked on aircraft communication and navigation equipment at Sherman Field. This included equipment from the Blue Angels Flight Demonstration aircraft. I had an additional assignment as a collateral duty inspector. In that capacity I inspected equipment, the shop members had repaired, by putting it through various operational tests to ensure it had been properly repaired and was ready for re-issue.Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department in Norfolk , Virgina. I was assigned to the USS Eisenhower nuclear aircraft carrier performing maintenance on the air wings' communication and navigation equipment. I had an additional assignment as a collateral duty inspector. In that capacity I inspected equipment, the shop members had repaired, by putting it through various operational tests to ensure it had been properly repaired and was ready for re-issue. On the USS Eisenhower I was also assigned to the position of the AIMD shop's night shift supervisor.
