Reporting directly to the CEO of FISA group. Responsible for the sales team covering the North American market for FISA as we help our clients incorporate Ultrasonic Cleaning in their toughest applications.

I oversaw a mostly remote team that comprised of locally based sales engineers, manufacturer's representatives and authorized distributors across 5 continents and nearly 40 countries as we worked to help our clients save space in their applications by implementing our wave springs and retaining rings into their products. Frequently visited customers throughout India, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay along with my team.

Supported sales for Northern California, Nevada and Illinois. Worked directly with our clients to properly specify our standard parts and design custom solutions via phone, zoom and visiting their facilities.
