1. Build and manage annual goal to align with business needs; develop and implement supplier strategy to maintain health supply chain; working with SQE team, procurement/planning team to ensure product quality and on-time delivery; 2. Lead new supplier development and selection, build strong supplier relationship, consolidate suppliers to optimize supply chain pool, develop optimized sourcing/supply chain process through lean six sigma, VSM etc, improving supplier evaluation and monitoring system to secure stable supply base and satisfy internal and external customer needs;3. Identify and conduct cost out opportunities through Cost Reduction negotiation, (component) alternative qualification, Value-add Engineering, Business Alignment Event, e-Auction, VMI build, inventory control, rolling forecast planning etc, drive cross-function team work to maximize business benefit, 4. Work with engineering and marketing team for new product development, supplier selection, product qualification and trial run etc;5. Contract negotiation, renewal, terms and conditions negotiation, working with legal and joint with other BUs;6. Coach subordinate and colleagues, communicating with executive level for annual goal, supply chain management and business strategy.
