 Management of the Finance department at the Bank.  Preparation and review of the Financial Statements according to the international financial reporting standards and BNP Paribas internal guidelines. Monthly analysis and comments of the key performance indicators. Review of the local regulatory reporting. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Closing and Preparation of the monthly financial statements to BNP Paribas Head Office in Paris as well as preparation of monthly management reports.  Preparation of the periodic fiscal declarations, as well as the annual tax declaration and follow-up of all tax reviews performed by the fiscal controllers. Tailoring and implementing the daily / periodic controls at the Bank. Managing the relation with External auditors and coordinating audit missions for interim and year end periods. Reviewing and approval of the audit reports. Accounting Architecture: opening and mapping of new types of accounts and G/L accounts. Participated in the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards. Computation and follow up of the regulatory ratios and limits.

Auditing of Banks, Trading and Manufacturing Companies. Major tasks performed included, in addition to the regular audit work, managing the audit team, preparing the audit report, following up pending points with the client.
