- Oversee all aspects of financial control and reporting in the business - Monitor weekly cash flow and provide timely forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity- Ensure month end financial processes are completed in the prescribed time frame with balance sheet reconciliations- Prepare management reports for Executive Leadership Team to monitor financial performance of 80+ venues on individual basis- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for banks in relation to loan covenant compliance- Monitor capital expenditures for new venues development and ensure landlord contributions/incentives are collected on time in accordance to lease agreements- Set up annual budgets and monthly re-forecasts to drive financial results- Ensure statutory obligations are met on time, including submission of financial statements, income tax returns, business activities statements, fringe benefit tax returns in AU and NZ- Ensure new accounting standards are being implemented accurately

- Lead team of 4 and oversee whole finance function of the Group, including accounts payable, accounts receivables, KPI and management reports, month-end process- Oversee and ensure accuracy with payroll functions for multiple venues- Preparation of feasibility study and forecast with management for new venue assessment- Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts with three-way tracking and variance analysis on a timely manner- Work with Director of Operations in identifying and enacting cost efficiencies and process improvement opportunities- Work with Director of Beverage and Head Chef for inventory control and cost of sales management to increase profitability- Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS and payroll tax return on time- Work with external tax accountant to prepare annual income tax return

- Oversees financial and management reporting functions for the Group which includes property development, hospitality and retail businesses- Review and monitor actual financial results to initial feasibility study to ensure property development projects are on track and deliver the required return on investment- Ensure the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of the general ledgers and its monthly financial and operational reports of the group

- Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, business activity statements, fringe benefits tax returns and PAYG payment summary, and ensure businesses are in compliance to all tax-related obligations including GST, PAYG withholding, fringe benefit and payroll tax- Serve as external management accountant for companies and is responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports, annual budget and cash flow analysis- Responsible for the full financial accounting functions for businesses- Liaise directly with different stakeholders including clients and government bodies- Provide accounting and taxation advices to businesses- Mentoring and provide training to junior accountants

- Preparation of monthly management reports including profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement with margin, variance and trend analysis of four business units under the food and consumer products division for directors of the companies- Participate in the annual budgeting process by working closely with different business units- Financial modelling, profit analysis and forecast for new business developments- Identify areas for improvement to drive profitability and future growth - Prepare feasibility studies and engage in due-diligence procedure for M&A projects

- Review financial statements and perform financial analysis, which require familiarity with IFRS, Hong Kong FRSs, US GAAP and China GAAP- Perform and review consolidation of medium to large-sized groups- Prepare statutory reports under IFRS, Hong Kong FRSs and US GAAP - Develop audit plans, evaluate accounting operations, lead and supervise team members during the course of audit engagements- Liaise with clients to ensure audits can be completed within the prescribed period
