Responsible for creating, managing and maintaining the onsite Emergency Response Team programme with 50+ members. Responsible for accident and incident investigation/risk assessments within the wafer fab cleanroom manufacturing environment.Designed and delivered onsite courses in relation to chemical awareness/chemical spill management and other ERT related courses. Implementation and promotion of ERT policies. Responsible for workplace safety through regular safety inspections and raising/completion of HRA's. Set up and managed Safety Action teams on site. Completion of internal and external safety audits.Management of First Aid and AED training programs.
