Incident Management SME for Equinix EMEA IrelandCustomer Support: • Maintaining a high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently. Acting as a single point of contact for handling customer requests and responding through remote assistance within agreed SLA's.• Assisting engineering teams in provisioning of new client solutions. - Floor planning, Cabinet commissioning.• Escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all Systems and Network hardware problems.Communication: • First point of contact with the customer and brand ambassador for the company.• Maintaining excellent communication with the Data Centre Manager and other engineers on all tasks and projects. • Responsible for communicating with customers, peers, team and managers as well as contractors regarding incident and change management. Operational Support: • Responsible for monitoring customer applications and Companies operational architecture through the Network Operations Centre (NOC). In particular generating daily shift reports.• Responding to alarms on EMS, BMS and Net2 systems in accordance with Companies procedures. • Management of all aspects of Companies facility support systems (HVAC, fire suppression, UPS, Generators). • Performing routine physical tasks associated with the daily upkeep and operational readiness of Telecity’s IDC environment.• Engaging with remote hands and eyes based on customer instructions. ie : Server / Firewall installs, HDD, Ram, Power supply swap outs,Cable termination and installs, Interconnects, Drac and Bios configuration.Provide World-Class Documentation: • Creating, assessing and continually improving internal and externally-facing controlled documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions and forms) that enables world-class customer service spanning all aspects of the companies product lines.Service Provisioning:• Assisting in the implementation of new services to customers.

Fully qualified Cisco Certified Network AssociateDistinctions in Networking, Routing, Switches, Local and Wide area Networks and Software systems (Java and Visual basic) in Fetac levels 5 + 6
