OnlinePatientForms is a .Net SaaS project that I co-developed as senior programmer at Alpha Internet. The project utilizes VB.Net, REST, Web Forms, Bootstrap 4, XML/XSL, jQuery, and SQL Server to help offices get rid of pen, paper, and clipboards to generate importable PDFs into their practice management systems.

JW Davis was a small manufacturer (30 employees) and distributor of commercial audio products since 1933.
