As a Senior Business Manager, I allocate significant time to being across the operational detail for our clients, supported by an incredible team from warehousing and manufacturing through to our Project Managers, coordinators and installation crews. I'm also a proud member of the Senior Leadership Team for Mills and strive to contribute to the direction and ongoing success of our business. I'm dedicated to supporting a positive team culture, the maintaining of our high-quality communication, and the overall strength of our client partnerships.

Responsible for the fit out of New store builds, extensions and refurbishments across Queensland. Scope of on site works included wall panelling, kitchen and office cabinetry, lockers, benchtops, shopfronts, signage, displays, and fixtures. I completed site surveys, equipment take-offs and ordering, scheduling of installation teams and transportation of all equipment, preparation of site folders and OHS documentation, management of Project Coordinator and teams etc. I worked very closely with the managers from other trades, builders and of course the client. The relationships I shared with these stakeholders, and the onsite comradery between the dozens of trades, was an extremely enjoyable part of this role.
