Primary ResponsibilitiesAt Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM), I have been engaged with applications development and support on the Credit Suisse MasterWrap project. This project relates to a suite of unit-based investment, superannuation and pension products, and mainly involves extending the functionality of the COMPOSER back-office software by: Design and development of Sybase stored procedures to extract and manipulate data for inclusion in periodic Investor statements.Creation of Data Junction conversion maps to transform data extracted by Sybase stored procedures into a form suitable for integration with Jetform templates.The design and development of a Capital Gains Tax (CGT) Modelling internet tool. This tool has been made available to the Company's Advisers and Investors via CSAM's internet portal. My role on this project included all schema design, database object development and business rule algorithm design/implementation.Creation of technical design, unit test and system test documentation.Creation of ad-hoc SQL queries and later incorporation of these into the CSAM intranet.
