After 24 years in the Royal Navy, i have left the service with huge experience and knowledge of Personnel Management, Planning, Firefighting, Instructing, Damage Control and Incident Management. I have the capability to manage and adapt to any given situation at very short notice, a skill gained in the RN and unfortunately not recognised as a civilian. I have a huge amount to offer, with fantastic organisation and communication skills, combined with a natural ability to prioritize, giving added assurance to my "never give in" personality. In the ten years since leaving the military I am now looking to move into a more leadership or mentoring role, with civilian experience, and a huge role in Health and safety, I feel the need to progress again.
