A senior member of the UK Sales Management Team responsible for sustainable, profitable growth within the Oil & Gas industry in UK, onshore and offshore installations.Primary focus managing the IAEN UK Oil and Gas Service Sales team and responsible for delivering / exceeding annual sales budget and net margin targets.Developing the sales team to maximize their potential in consultative and solution selling and the efficient use of SalesForce CRM / forecasting tools.Based in Aberdeen office, working with subject matter experts and portfolio managers to deliver value added product and solutions to our customers.Responsible for the profitable growth of all ABB Business Units including Automation & Control (Healthcare contracts, Process Efficiencies, Cyber Security, Telecoms, Remote Operations) and Electrification (healthcare support, Consultancy Services (Rotating Equipment, NII, RBI, Asset Integrity, Decom, Pressure Relief, HAZOP, LOPA etc.), Advanced Services (Cyber Security, Process Optimization, Functional Safety, PID Loop Tuning, Alarm rationalisation, Advanced Flowline Controls), Automation and Electrical retrofit, upgrades, life-cycle services within the UKCS Oil & Gas market.
