My role as Operations Manager and Regional Practice Leader for the Building Science & Sustainability Group at Pinchin Ltd. involves partnering with existing and new clients across a variety of expanding sectors to offer responsive, technically sound, value-added building science solutions.I am responsible for all general operational duties, business development, mentorship, senior report review and setting the standard operating procedures for the BSS Group.I bring extensive hands-on and practical experience in the construction industry, managing and administrating projects. I provide key technical and management support to staff in the preparation of Property Condition Assessments required for transactional due diligence and/or financing and Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) required by Strata Corporations. I work hard to provide full service solutions to facility owners and operators. As a result of our ongoing commitment to our clients, Pinchin has become one of the largest and most reputable environmental, health & safety and engineering consulting firms in Canada. My professional experience includes over 2000 projects for Pinchin. I am a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA), a member of the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI), and a member of the British Columbia Building Envelope Council (BCBEC).
