Located in Chico, California, Auctiva, a subsidiary of Alibaba.com, Is the largest certified eBay 3rd Party Developer company. Auctiva develops and markets a software-as-a-service style eCommerce product used by multi-channel eBay sellers. The product supports sellers who list products on eBay as well as those who sell off-eBay via an off-eBay eCommerce store. Tony was the product manager for the company's largest product, its web-based Auctiva Auction Management software (www.auctiva.com). Auctiva.com is very widely used by sellers who list on eBay to create and manage their eBay listings.

Owned and operated a full service real estate brokerage in Northern California. Properties listed and sold included land, residential, ranches, and commercial property.

After spending a year with Oracle Consulting working on engagements at consumer packaged goods client companies, Tony transferred to Redwood Shores and served as lead product manager during the development and roll out of the Oracle CPG vertical product. Later, he transferred to Oracle Applications as Sr. Director of product management for the 11i release of Oracle Order Management and Oracle Advanced Pricing products. A member of design team during the initial development of Advanced Pricing, Tony along with Oracle Configurator team, worked with industry analyst Gartner Group to obtain their rating of "Leader" for Advanced Pricing and Configurator in Gartner's Magic Quadrant.

Managed IT technical support, network support, computer operations, and office systems in a multi-plant distributed IBM mainframe environment. Accomplishments included pioneering implementation LAN based office systems, managed the transition from mainframe to client server email, and managed a move of the companies corporate mainframe from a plant location in Memphis, TN to the company headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsible for development and implementation of all business software including order management, promotional pricing, financial systems, and ERP for this $600 million plus multi-plant manufacturer of confectionery products, chewing gum, and collectible sports cards.
