The combined Scaffolding and Insulation project was both maintenance and construction contracts on Jabel oil field. We established a progressive safe culture in challenging work enviroment. The quality and safety system were created to make process simplifed but also efficient. Both contracts was very tight which made productivity and execution important.

GPIC Refinery Turnaround. Successfully executed major scaffolding, insulation and painting works under shutdown down environment on time and to the highest safety standards.

Thiess Industrial Projects, QGC QCLNG 17 + 4, Ruby Jo, Matilda John and Ross FCS (Field Compressor Stations). All three FCS’s were leaders in both safety and scheduling targets. The Ross FCS came in 6 weeks ahead of schedule being the quickest and cheapest of all 17 FCS’S constructed. My role was to co-ordinate all disciplines in the mechanical works to achieve our successful outcome.

Installation of HIgh Voltage Transmission line from Comera to Bega (140km). This was made more challenging with the terrain and remote locations.

New construction expansion of exsiting Sugar Refinery. I arrived 12 months into the project that was not performing in all aspects of construction (Particulary Quality and Schedule). The previous site mangement had a difficult time with the strong union presence that resulted in very poor culture set in the workforce. We were brought in to improve the project with the hindrance of a very strong union that did not like to see change.
